About Alibaba Cloud (Qwen)

Alibaba Cloud's Qwen team develops the Qwen family of language, vision, omni-modal and image-generation models. Alibaba Cloud Model Studio offers these models, together with Wan image and video models and third-party models, through a pay-as-you-go API in several regions (Singapore for international users), with OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible endpoints, batch inference and context caching. Official Qwen model cards also name Qwen Cloud (qwencloud.com) as the official Qwen API service. Selected models such as Qwen3.8-27B and Qwen3.8-2.4T-A95B are published as open weights on Hugging Face, and the Qwen consumer platform is available at chat.qwen.ai.
