About Nano Banana Pro
Nano Banana Pro (gemini-3-pro-image) is based on Gemini 3 Pro; its preview was released on 20 November 2025 and the generally available version on 28 May 2026. Google positions it for complex graphic design, high-fidelity product mockups and data visualizations that need accurate text rendering and Google Search grounding. It accepts text and image input, outputs images (1K by default, up to 4K) and text, and always uses thinking. Consumers get limited access through Google Flow, and paid Gemini app users can regenerate images with it.
